All aerial activities are subject to weather, permits, operational assessment, safety requirements, and the operations team decision.

3. Bookings and Confirmation

Submitting a form or WhatsApp message is not a final booking confirmation until the request is reviewed and the appointment is confirmed by Sky Safari Egypt.

We may request additional details such as weight, age, health condition, or location details to confirm suitability and safety requirements.

4. Safety and Instructions

The customer must follow all instructions from the pilot, instructor, or operations team before, during, and after the activity.

Sky Safari Egypt may refuse or postpone a service if it considers that performing it may create risk for the customer, team, public, or equipment.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on the website may be indicative or starting prices and are subject to updates based on currency, availability, and service details.

For flight equipment, final prices may vary according to exchange rate, size, design, shipping, and supplier availability.

For aerial advertising, a custom quotation is prepared according to location, date, duration, route, banner production requirements, permits, and scheduling.

6. Flight Equipment and Special Orders

Flight equipment availability, sizes, colors, and designs depend on supplier stock and official updates and may change without prior notice.

Some products may require special order or supplier confirmation before the order is accepted or delivery timing is confirmed.

Aerial advertising campaigns are subject to route confirmation, permits, weather, operational schedule, and banner production or artwork approval requirements.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of advertising materials and any brand or message permissions or approvals when required.

8. Photos, Videos, and Marketing Content

Some activities may be photographed or filmed for documentation, quality, or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

When additional photo or video service is requested, results are subject to weather, visibility, operations, and safety factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sky Safari Egypt follows reasonable safety procedures, but aerial activities may be affected by factors outside our control such as weather, wind, permits, and operational conditions.

We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control or by the customer not following instructions.
